We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

Our Contract

Upon placing an order to purchase a product, we will send you an email confirming receipt of theorder and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us and complete when we send email confirmation to you that we’ve received your order and the order has been accepted.

Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the despatch email do not form part of that contract.

Prices

Prices on our website may differ from pricing on other channels in which we sell.

In addition to this, sales and promotions that appear on one channel may not be available on this channel.

The duration of sales and promotions may also be different between various channels.

Prices are displayed with VAT included if you are located in the UK & Europe and are payable in British Pounds.

We have the right at any time to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including of agreed changes in taxes, duties, levies or exchange rates or cost arising as a result of site conditions, delays interruptions, lack of information and any other factor beyond our control.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered you will receive a full refund.

International Purchases and customs

When ordering goods online for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from KC Models, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International customers and customers who are despatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
